An opportunity has arisen for an Instructor/Work Coach to join the team, providing support that tailors learning, and training requirements to individual needs that lead, support, and instruct individuals in developing transferable job ready skills in preparation for work (please see the job description for the full list of responsibilities).
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:
English & Maths GCSE Grade C/4 or above
British Sign Language Level 2 or above
Minimum of two years - proven experience of working in the employability sector.
Experience in working with people with disabilities.
Experience of delivering sessions to small groups
Proficient use of a range of IT software in Microsoft packages.
Excellent time management and planning skills, used to managing own workload and working to deadlines.
Outstanding communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Able to work calmly when under pressure and show flexibility to help others.
