Do you have experience working in the Insurance industry? We have an exciting new opportunity for you as an Account Handler in Coventry.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a small family-owned insurance brokerage. The business, founded around 5 years ago by an experienced insurance professional, is now looking to grow. Our premiums range from 100 to 100K, and you could be dealing with a simple landlord's package policy to a complex commercial combined policy or fleet policy.
As a small brokerage, you will be expected to be an all-rounder across sales, claims, and account handling, as well as supporting the director.
You will support our clients, act as their first point of contact, build strong relationships, and address queries as they arise.
Ideally, you will have at least 2 years of experience handling commercial & personal lines insurance accounts. You will need the confidence to work with clients, both over the phone and face-to-face.
We utilise Acturis, and therefore prior experience would be helpful, but training can be provided.
