Duties

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements to recommend appropriate insurance products. Engage in negotiation processes to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. Manage sales administration tasks including documentation and follow-ups on client inquiries. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote insurance offerings through various channels, including telemarketing initiatives. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and queries promptly and professionally. Utilise multilingual skills to assist a broader range of clients, enhancing their experience with our services.

Qualifications

Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence clients effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English; bilingualism, especially in Spanish, is a significant asset. Solid analytical skills to assess client needs and market trends accurately. Experience in sales administration and customer service roles is preferred. Familiarity with telemarketing practices is beneficial but not mandatory. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
