We are looking for an administrator to join our family run Insurance Brokers which has been trading for over 45 years.
Initially the post will be administering online quotations and replying to customers, helping with postal duties and day to day administration. It can be a full time or school hours (although working will be required during school holidays) based in a small but busy Insurance Office. With the option of progressing towards an Insurance Advisor role.
Responsibilities and Duties
Responding to a varying volume of online quotations
Answering customer enquiries and resolving customer issues
Enveloping and franking post
Ad-hoc administrative tasks as and when required
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Experience in common office software such as MS Word, MS Excel and Email
Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
Ideally (but not essential) 1 years' experience in a similar role
A good call manner when handling inbound customer enquiries is required
Organised, immaculate attention to detail and exceptional filling, organisational and prioritisation abilities, to meet strict deadlines often under pressure.
Energy, enthusiasm, team player & good sense of humour.
Willingness to learn new systems & processes as required.
Ability to work well in a busy & fast paced varied environment.
Salary negotiable and subject to experience.
This is an office based role and not suitable for hybrid working.
GCSE's in English and Maths preferable.
