Duties



Managing day-to-day administrative functions, including filing, data entry, and document management Handling incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately Organising schedules, meetings and travel plans of Senior staff efficiently using Microsoft Office and Zoom tools Maintaining accurate records using software such as IBS, Zing and other organisational programmes Assisting with financial record keeping of insurance accounts Supporting team members with administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency Preparing insurance documentation and correspondence, reports, and presentations as required Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and organised at all times

Requirements



Proven office experience or administrative background Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) . Zoom, IBS and Zing would be a bonus. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Good typing speed and data entry accuracy Demonstrated clerical experience including document preparation and record management Strong phone etiquette and communication skills Ability to work independently whilst maintaining attention to detail Excellent level of English (grammar, spelling) and Maths essential (minimum grade 6 a GCSE, A Level in English and Maths preferable)

Pay: 24,420.00-28,420.00 per year
