We arrange a wide range of insurance contracts across both personal and commercial classes of business.
A new vacancy has opened for an Insurance Administrator to join our team.
You will be responsible for assisting in the administration of client's policies: generating policy documentation, emailing documentation to clients, chasing insurers via email or telephone,
inputting policy details into our broking software and insurer's quotation systems as well as preparing and requoting renewals.
Accuracy and precision is of the upmost importance.
Applicants will ideally have previous knowledge in using Windows computers in a work environment e.g. attaching documents to emails from multiple folders and network locations, saving documentation from word / broking software to multiple network locations etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain database records and reports
Liaise with clients and insurers via telephone and email
Perform general administrative duties
Keep on top of a diary chasing updates and progress from insurers, clients and third parties
Requirements:
Experience with Microsoft Office
Excellent telephone manner
Understanding of great customer service
Proactive, calm and reliable nature
Ability to work on your own initiative as part of a team
Desire to work in an office based company
