About Us:

Ramsay & White is a fast-growing, dynamic property and finance business specialising in tailored solutions for property investors, landlords, and homeowners across the UK. As part of our continued expansion, we're looking for a driven and customer-focused Insurance Adviser to join our growing insurance arm, with a specific focus on buildings insurance.

The Role:

As an Insurance Adviser, you will be responsible for advising clients on the most suitable buildings and contents insurance policies, ensuring full compliance and excellent client outcomes. You'll be handling both inbound leads and self-generated opportunities, with the support of an experienced team and systems to help you thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on suitable buildings and landlord insurance policies Generate quotes, handle renewals, and process applications Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay up to date with insurer terms and market changes Build and manage a growing book of clients Work closely with mortgage advisers and property finance teams to service client needs

What We're Looking For:

1-2 years' experience in general insurance (buildings insurance preferred) Understanding of FCA regulations and TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) principles Experience using insurance platforms and quote engines Excellent communication and organisational skills Ambitious, proactive, and client-focused mindset
