Insurance Consultant
Location: Sowton, Exeter
Salary: 27,000 + Bonus
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm (No weekends, ever)

Here, your focus will be on quality conversations, not quotas. You'll be helping individuals find the right insurance for their needs, offering honest, expert guidance, not a hard sell.

About You

• 1-2 years' experience in insurance (or financial services regulated environment) - you've got a solid foundation and now want more meaning in your work.
• You are value-add focused - you care about doing things right and building trust with customers.
• You're a natural listener and problem-solver, with a calm and confident approach.
• You thrive in a team-focused environment and enjoy supporting others to succeed.
• Detail-oriented, conscientious, and proud of delivering excellent service.

What You'll Be Doing

• Talking with warm leads - customers who've asked for advice and support.
• Taking the time to understand what they need and offering tailored insurance options.
• Being a trusted advisor, not a salesperson.
• Keeping accurate records and working collaboratively with your team to maintain high standards.
