You would be joining a relatively small but highly motivated and supportive sales team of five other individuals. Our business continues to grow as our reputation spreads and we need to find more hungry, hardworking and positive team members to help us build a very special company.
We provide expert advice to individuals on their property and commercial insurance requirements & help people tailor their policy to fit their individual needs at the most competitive price possible. Should you be successful in securing this position you will receive:
1. A good basic starting salary of circa 23,810
2. The potential to earn an Individual performance bonus (monthly)
3. The potential to earn a quarterly team bonus
4. A guaranteed increase in salary every year, at a minimum of 2,000 per year
5. Career progression actively encouraged with sponsorship through exams
