Insurance Claims Handler
to manage claims from start to finish.
What you'll do:
Handle insurance claims end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Communicate professionally with policyholders, insurers, and internal teams.
Tailor solutions to meet the specific requirements of each claim.
Identify opportunities to mitigate risk and prevent future claims.
Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in insurance claims or a related field.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
