Reporting to the Group Insurance Manager, this is a hands-on role offering the right individual the perfect opportunity to catapult forward their career in insurance by gaining invaluable in-house experience in a fast-growing organisation. You will be partner with the Group Insurance Manager in all aspects of GBT's corporate insurance programme, spanning a number of lines of corporate insurance and given the opportunity to develop your commercial knowledge of business as a whole. The role offers a varied, interesting and broad work experience to cover:
GBT's global insurance budget
Liaise with brokers and the business as part of the insurance policies renewals processes
Support claims process with the assistance of brokers and any insurance audits
Learn about the business to better assess the risks that need to be managed
Interest to learn how to advise and educate the business on GBT's insurance coverage including input to client, supplier and vendor contracts
Work alongside leadership on our strategic insurance roadmap aimed at making the insurance programme work better for the business in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible, including integration of insurance program of recent acquisitions
