Job Description

We are working with an established Insurance organisation who is looking for an Insurance Broker to deal with commercial insurance renewals, mid-term adjustments and new quotes. The option for hybrid working is available 2 days home/3 office.
The Role:

  • To administer insurance portfolios in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle communications with clients, insurers, and stakeholders
  • The Insurance Broker will negotiate premiums and terms with insurers
  • Assist clients with new business, renewals, amendments, and claims
  • Establish strong relationships with clients, influencers, and suppliers
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and market trends relevant to the Insurance Broker role
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry codes of practice
  • Understand and meet customer requirements
The Required Skills:
  • Previous experience within insurance is essential, ideally within commercial insurance.
  • A good understanding of regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively
  • Cert CII qualification would be desirable
  • Ability to work within a team and individually
