About the role
Join our newly formed Credit and Political Risk team at SRG, where you'll help deliver bespoke insurance solutions to a global client base. This is a rare opportunity to enter a specialist market that sits at the intersection of finance, geopolitics, and international development.
You'll be part of a collaborative team that values intellectual curiosity, analytical rigour, and commercial awareness. We're looking for a graduate who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow into a future leader in the CPRI space.
Key Responsibilities
Support the placement and servicing of credit and political risk insurance policies for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Assist in the preparation of client presentations, market submissions, and policy documentation.
Monitor geopolitical and economic developments to help assess country and counterparty risk.
Contribute to internal modelling and risk analysis tools used to evaluate transactions.
Liaise with insurers, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of deals.
Maintain accurate records and support compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
Who we're looking for
An individual with a strong academic background (any discipline, though economics, politics, international relations, or finance are advantageous).
Demonstrated interest in geopolitics, international development, or global finance.
Strong analytical and numerical skills; familiarity with Excel or modelling tools is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
Team-oriented, with the ability to work across functions and with external partners.
