top-performing Insurance Brokers

to join our expanding team on a

self-employed basis

-- managing all mortgage protection and life insurance enquiries coming through the business, as well as generating your own clients.

You'll benefit from a consistent pipeline of qualified mortgage protection leads, full administrative support, and a commission model designed to reward excellence -- not cap it.

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Broker to join our team in the UK. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping clients navigate their insurance needs while benefiting from our extensive resources and support. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of providing exceptional service to a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

Advise clients on insurance products that best meet their needs. Negotiate terms and conditions with insurers on behalf of clients. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the insurance process. Assist clients with claims and policy renewals. Utilize industry-leading software for efficient sales administration. Collaborate with a diverse team to enhance client outcomes. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers.

Qualifications

Proven experience in life insurance, protection, or mortgage advice Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes. Ability to manage and convert inbound leads effectively Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with insurance sales processes and regulations. Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially Spanish or other languages. Strong analytical skills for assessing client needs and market options. Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team environment.
