Team Managers within our Sales and Renewals teams.
These roles are pivotal in driving service excellence, operational efficiency, and strong underwriting outcomes across two key areas of the business.
1. Team Manager - Taxi New Business
About the Role
As Team Manager for our Taxi New Business team, you will lead a specialist function responsible for managing new enquiries, delivering high-quality customer service, and driving conversion within this rapidly growing sector. With a strong focus on underwriting quality and relationship-building, you will support both your team and the wider business in delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop the Taxi New Business team to achieve sales, service, and quality targets.
Manage daily workflow to ensure quotes, referrals, and documentation are processed efficiently and accurately.
Provide ongoing coaching to build product expertise, sales capability, and compliance confidence.
Act as the escalation point for complex cases and underwriting conversations.
Monitor performance and implement initiatives to improve conversion and customer experience.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurers to support trading success.
2. Team Manager - Renewals / Personal Lines
About the Role
This role oversees our Renewals and Personal Lines team, ensuring efficient processing of renewals, new business and MTAs across a broad portfolio. You will champion retention, regulatory compliance, and outstanding client care, while supporting the ongoing development of the team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the Renewals/Personal Lines team to deliver excellent retention and customer service.
Manage renewal invites, rebrokes, and customer communications with accuracy and timeliness.
Support team members with product knowledge, system skills, and compliant client interactions.
Handle escalated queries and provide expertise on complex or non-standard risks.
Track KPIs, monitor service quality, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Identify and drive improvements in efficiency, cross-selling, and overall customer experience.

CII qualifications or a willingness to work towards them.
