Overview


M + H Insurance are looking to take on a Business Admin Apprentice. You will provide administrative support to a business based in Birmingham. You will be undertaking administrative tasks, such as data entry, booking appointments, creating invoices, telephone calls and emails as part of your position.

As an apprentice, you will get the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

Data Entry Answer incoming telephone calls Respond to emails in an accurate and timely manner Provide professional reception duties Help to complete, organise and file paperwork Printing

Hours



Monday to Friday, 10.30am- 5pm

Training



Next Level will work closely with you to complete your Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship. Next Level can hire apprentices at any time and hold regular workshops for those on the course. These workshops occur once every 2 weeks online via Teams. You will get specific 1-2-1 tutoring and regular reviews between your tutor, manager, and yourself, to ensure you are meeting deadlines and staying on top of your work. If required, we can also provide Functional Skills in maths and English throughout your apprenticeship. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will receive a Level 3 City and Guilds apprenticeship qualification in Business Administration.

Job Type: Apprenticeship

Pay: 7.55 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Work Location: In person
