Duties
You are proactive with excellent communication skills
You're a real people person who can build trust and support across a wide network of areas
You will have an attention to detail and accuracy in relation to data
You have planning, organisation and time management skills
Be able to build relationships and influence outcomes with both internal and external stakeholders
Good computer skills including the use of Microsoft products and web based client relationship / claims management tools
Ideally previous experience in customer services / automotive sector / insurance sector is desirable but not essential (we will employ the right person with or without the experience)
Typical duties for a Customer Service Advisor could include
Understanding the needs of the individual customer (driver involved in a RTA)
Answering customer enquiries
Providing information about our services
Ensuring good customer service for the client
Making and receiving calls to clients and other professionals
Making detailed notes
Liaise with repair network
