Job Purpose, Tasks and Responsibilities
This is a strategic, high-impact role where you will use your market knowledge to develop, research, and deliver content that positions Axco as a trusted thought leader in Life and Pensions insurance worldwide.
You will manage a portfolio of international markets conducting in-depth research, working closely with senior industry professionals, and collaborating across our teams to create reports and insights that our clients depend on.
You will be responsible for:
Market Intelligence & Analysis:

• Researching and analysing global insurance markets to identify trends, new opportunities, and regulatory changes.
• Writing clear, detailed reports covering market overviews, legislation, lines of business, and distribution channels.

Strategic Content Development:

• Shaping and executing a forward-looking content strategy for Axco's Life & Pensions portfolio.
• Ensuring content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with client needs and regulatory requirements.

Thought Leadership & Innovation:

• Producing high-value thought leadership articles, reports, and presentations on emerging topics.
• Enhancing Axco's industry profile by sharing insights that influence insurers, reinsurers, and regulators.

Client-Centric Collaboration:

• Working closely with commercial and product teams to align content with client priorities.
• Acting as a subject matter expert, adding value to client relationships.

Strategic Relationship Management:

• Building relationships with senior insurance professionals, regulators, and market experts across multiple regions.
• Gathering intelligence directly from the market to strengthen the quality of our insights.

What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Strong specialism in Life insurance.
• Excellent understanding of private medical insurance.
• Knowledge of social security, healthcare, pensions, and employee benefits.
• Familiarity with non-admitted insurance provisions, reinsurance, and insurance tax.
• Experience researching and summarising complex regulations.
• Ability to turn large volumes of information into accurate, concise insights.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

It would be great if you also have:

• Experience in Non-Life insurance.
• Additional language skills.
• Experience working with international insurance markets.
