Position: Insurance Coordinator
Salary: 24,875
Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Onsite parking available

Responsibilities:

• Customer Assistance: Provide expert support to customers with inquiries related to insurance claims, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
• Compliance Management: Conduct thorough compliance checks, audits, and validations to uphold the integrity of our insurance claims processes.
• Point of Contact: Act as the primary liaison between landlords, tenants, and legal representatives, facilitating communication and ensuring smooth resolution of issues.
