Insurance Customer Advisor

Burntwood and Tamworth Area

Full time, Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm)

Permanent position

The Role

We are excited to offer an opportunity within our Lichfield & Atherstone Agency. As an Insurance Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle general customer enquiries

Process insurance policy alterations and renewals

Cross-sell new NFU Mutual insurance policies

Introduce and promote NFU Mutual's range of Financial Services products

Manage all general office and policy administration

Provide support for key account customers and manage related calls

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and have a desire to develop in the insurance industry. You'll need excellent communication and relationship-building skills to thrive in this role. About you:

Proven customer service experience

Good interpersonal and communication skills

A strong ability to build relationships with customers

Insurance experience is desirable, but not essential

Office experience is essential

I.T. literacy is essential (minimum Grade C in GCSE Maths and English or equivalent)
