As a leading provider of ev based employee benefits, we insure roughly 1,500 vehicles on our fleet. An opportunity has arisen to appoint a talented person to lead the administration of our motor insurance and driver claims processes.
Duties vary as part of the wider operations team but include;
- Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email
- Endeavouring to provide a seamless and effortless experience to customers when dealing with complex queries and claims.
- Managing the MID database additions and deletions
- providing MI to the management team and recommending improvements
What the role involves
- To provide efficient and professional customer service to both customers and colleagues
- To be the first response for insurance
- Process insurance documents
- Keeping relevant systems and spreadsheets up to date
- Place and manage vehicle insurance updates
- Provide claims updates to drivers
