An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Brackley Agency.

About the role:

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, self-motivated, keen attention to detail and enthusiastic with a flair for sales. This role is a chance for the right candidate to join our friendly team and contribute to our ongoing growth. In return we offer the opportunity for personal development with a focus on continual learning and progression.

Key Responsibilities include:

Working as team to achieve financial targets through selling and servicing of products

Supporting team members in their activities

Proactively establish customer needs so you can help them with solutions from our full product range.

About you:

Self-motivated and sales focused

Ability to work to and hungry to exceed targets

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Enthusiastic and keen to learn and develop

A problem solver, confident to use own initiative and judgement

Ability to manage and prioritise workloads effectively

While you are tenacious in your approach, you will put people first and make sure their experience reflects our longstanding reputation for outstanding customer service

Minimum qualifications required:

Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English at Grade C or above (Grade 4 or above), or equivalent experience

Good IT Skills particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and Dynamics

Cert CII or higher an advantage

Previous insurance experience is preferred but not essential
