About the Role

As a Sales Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your role will be to provide expert guidance, build trust, and convert enquiries into happy customers. You'll also support the wider team with key admin and organisational tasks, giving you broad exposure to our growing business.

Our office is based on a cool farm location in Chertsey - so being a driver is essential. On-site perks include a brand new gym, free parking, and regular social events in a friendly, relaxed setting.

With this role you will have the opportunity to earn commission which can be explained upon application.

What You'll Be Doing

Engage with warm leads via calls, emails, and live chat - no cold calling! Understand customer needs and recommend the best insurance solutions. Clearly explain policy details and help customers feel confident in their decisions. Convert inbound interest into sales and happy customers. Collaborate with different teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Support with admin tasks and customer documentation when needed.

Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly manner. Ability to keep calm under pressure and in busy environments. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow with us.

Requirements

Previous Motor Insurance experience - ideal Customer service or sales experience - required Strong written and verbal communication Must be able to commute to Chertsey (own car preferred)
