Job Description
As an Insurance Sales Advisor within our small team, you'll play a key role in the success of an expanding local business, ensuring the office runs like clockwork and our customers are always happy. Providing
exceptional customer service and administrative support
, you'll handleincoming customer administrative & sales enquiries, develop client relationships, spot selling opportunities
, and expand your insurance knowledge toprogress into selling our full range of advised products.
What we're looking for:
Customer Service / Sales Experience
(preferable, butnot essential
).Insurance experience
(desirable, butnot essential
).Pro-active attitude.
Excellent telephone manner.
A flexible, people-orientated approach
to everything you do.Organised
, and a good ability toprioritise and time-manage effectively
.Strong I.T. literacy
(MS Word/Excel).Minimum of Grade C in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
