NBe Brokers are one of Staffordshire's most up and coming successful Insurance Brokers dealing in a variety of insurance products including Motor Trade, Fleet, Courier and Truck insurance. Due to our current growth and expansion, we are looking to recruit a motivated, professional, and enthusiastic advisor to join our established team.
## Responsibilities
Identifying client's insurance requirements and tailoring a policy to meet their demands and needs
Engaging and managing client expectations liaising between the client and the Insurers
Building and maintaining long-standing client relationships
Dealing with existing policy amendments
Identifying cross selling and upselling opportunities
Remaining compliant with regulations and legislations
Working towards individual and team targets
## Skills
### Required:
Experience in selling insurance, specifically vehicle based insurances such as motor fleet and Courier.
Knowledge and understanding of the Insurance Industry
Working knowledge of regulatory bodies such as the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)
Demonstrate high level of customer service skills
Experience working within a sales environment
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
### Nice-to-have:
- Experience with commercial insurance products
