What are we looking for

We are looking for someone with the

right attitude

and desire to

help the customer

by understanding their needs to

tailor insurance solutions

that meet their needs. Experience in

customer service is essential

however, this doesn't need to be from a telephone based role. The ideal candidate will have a background in insurance sales however this is not a requirement.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a growing team environment with the opportunity to progress and join us in our brand new, stylish office in Stockport Town Centre from, the early stages of our journey.

The Role

- Communicate with clients via phone, email and live chat
- Find and negotiate insurance policies on behalf of clients
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Handle some sales administration tasks efficiently

Experience

Required:

- Strong customer service skills
- Computer literate
- Detail orientated
- Desire to help

Desired:

- Experience of Fleet and other commercial vehicle insurance sales
