We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Insurance Sales Manager to lead our protection sales team. The role will involve driving performance and ensuring compliance with industry regulations, as well as developing strategies to grow the client base and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in insurance sales with a focus on customer service and building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.

Responsibilities

A strong emphasis is placed on in-depth product knowledge to effectively guide the team and support clients to ensure good advice and excellent customer service. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives. Manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance performance. Ensure the sales team is fully trained and up-to-date on product features, and benefits. Act as a subject matter expert for complex client queries and internal training. Oversee sales administration processes, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.

Requirements

Insurance sales experience and product knowledge is essential. Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within the insurance sector is desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement. Strong analysis skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
