What You'll Be Doing

As an

Intake Operative

, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your day-to-day will be varied, hands-on, and rewarding:

Unloading pallet deliveries and managing intake processes with precision. Using computer systems to monitor silo capacity and support delivery logistics. Conducting quality checks and collecting product samples. Labelling and storing raw materials and packaging correctly. Acting as a trained Banksman to ensure site safety. Supporting intake of fresh and frozen goods with full compliance. Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards across the site. Rotating stock and preparing packaging for production. Assisting with batching premixes and feeding products to the mill. Providing cover for the Intake Coordinator when needed.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who's:

Forklift licensed. Experienced with stock and pallets (preferred but not essential). A confident communicator - written, verbal, and over the phone. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. A problem-solver with a proactive mindset. Honest, empathetic, and eager to learn. Flexible and adaptable to support different areas of the business. Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft applications. Committed to health & safety and continuous improvement.
Shift Pattern

4 on / 4 off rotating shifts:

6am-6pm for 4 days ? 4 days off ? 6pm-6am for 4 nights ? 4 days off
