As Intake Team Leader you will leading and support the team at Stowmarket Grain Intake. You will be responsible for guiding the team that co-ordinates the intake and safe storage of raw material for our production operations at the Stowmarket HQ site. Providing a clear and effective line of communication to managers and supervisors both verbally and written. You will enthusiastically do what you can to help site progress, making and helping deliver improvements to how intake and the wider site operates to drive the business forward. Being a key link in the chain ensuring site can effectively meet the needs of our varied customer base, you will lead the intake team with matters regarding: quality, plant capability and the team themselves

Interpret and deliver the intake plan to the highest standards.
Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency.

Support the team in achieving KPIs related to throughput, downtime, and hygiene.
Lead and develop team members, managing performance and personal growth.
Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with health & safety and business standards.
