Responsibilities: Leading and managing a dynamic 24/7 ICC team
Overseeing telematics and camera data to improve safety and performance
Liaising with senior stakeholders to report on incidents and implement preventative strategies
Coordinating investigations with internal teams and external partners
Designing response protocols for GSE damage, driver behaviour, and safety alerts
Upholding Swissport and regulatory safety standards across operations
Championing innovation and process optimisation through tech and training
Shaping team development through smart scheduling, performance reviews, and mentoring
Qualifications: Proven leadership in operations or control centre management
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
Excellent communicator and stakeholder collaborator at all levels
Quick-thinking problem solver with sound judgment under pressure
Experience in aviation, transport or logistics (preferred)
Familiarity with telematics systems and safety technologies (advantageous)
