We're on the hunt for a sharp, imaginative Integrated Designer for maternity cover (July 2025-September 2026). You'll bring ideas to life across a mix of formats--from bold social campaigns and polished digital ads to eye-catching print collateral and motion graphics. You'll collaborate closely with our Design Lead, copywriters, and account teams to build engaging visuals that connect with audiences and bring our clients' brands to life.

This is a great opportunity for a self starter, conceptual thinker with a passion for design, branding, and storytelling.

What you'll do...



A key member of the Creative team reporting to the agency's Design Lead and working alongside an established team - your main responsibility will be the creation and delivery of a range of cross-platform digital and print materials for our clients' brands, using creativity to engage customers and grow their brands.

Design assets across various platforms, including:



Social media content (static, stories, reels) Digital banners & display ads Websites (front end design but knowledge of WordPress would be beneficial) Print materials (brochures, flyers, print ads, stands, OOH) Presentation decks Animations and motion graphics (GIFs, MP4s, social/short form video, etc.) Work within brand guidelines while bringing fresh energy and creativity to each brief Support lead designer from concept through to to final execution Prepare production-ready files for digital and print Participate in brainstorms, reviews, and critiques Stay up-to-date with AI, design trends, digital platforms, and social best practices

So what are are looking for?



A collaborative team player with an eye for detail who is driven to constantly improve brand experience through better design with our consumer and healthcare professional audiences.

You love to stay on top of the latest design and digital trends (what are your thoughts on AI and how are you using it to continually evolve your design approach) and are passionate about branding.

What you'll need



If you are fresh out of university or worked for an agency for a year or two, we want to hear from you Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work-- digital, motion, print etc. Creative and conceptual thinking with a knack for visual storytelling Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Adobe Express Skilled in using After Effects for animation and Premiere Pro for video editing Basic knowledge of Figma, Canva, Capcut or similar tools Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook) and the tools for content development A genuine love of design and curiosity for creative culture To be up to date with the latest design trends and platforms Great understanding of design principles including layout, grid structures, typography and colour Ability to work independently and prioritise workflow Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines Outstanding attention to detail and a keen eye for design Excellent verbal and written communication skills

So what do you need to join us?



Preferably a degree in design or similar and a minimum of 0-2 years' related experience (preferably in a UK healthcare advertising agency) or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Where we are



We have an amazing working space at Links Spaces, Botanica, Ditton Park, SL3 9LL. Our working environment is central to our culture and there is coffee and sparkling water on tap, free parking, 24/7 onsite gym, tennis courts, table tennis, grounds to walk in and a great onsite restaurant and cafe!

We offer a hybrid working week with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office (Tues, Weds, Thurs). Nothing beats brainstorming altogether. The other 2 days can be worked in the office or from home.

Our office hours are Monday- Friday 9am-5.30pm.

Job Type: Temp to perm
Contract length: 13 months

Pay: 24,000.00-28,000.00 per year
