What are we looking for?



As an Integrated Governance Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our clinical and corporate governance systems. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, promote best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What will you be doing?

Manage and respond to complaints and patient feedback, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to all relevant compliance requirements.

Coordinate the administration of incident reports, contributing to investigations as needed.

Provide administrative support for Subject Access Requests (SARs)

Provide administrative support for medicines management processes.

Liaise effectively with line managers and external stakeholders regarding complaints, feedback, and incident matters.

Conduct statistical analysis of related data, delivering regular dashboard reports to the Patient Care Committee (PCC), directors, and service managers.

Identify trends and insights from feedback and incidents and communicate key learning priorities to relevant services.

Support the delivery and implementation of learning initiatives across the organisation.

Assist in the review and management of organisational policies.
