About the Opportunity We are looking for an individual to join our team to lead on all Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities for an in-service UK Defence system undergoing a mid-life upgrade. To this end, the ILS Lead will be responsible for leading the activities to develop and maintain the Support Management Plan and ILS Plan and for publishing regular Supportability Analysis Reports, Technical Data (tech pubs), Maintenance Planning and Management Reports, Maintenance Procedures, Maintenance Reports, Operation Reports, Obsolescence Management Reports, Disposal Procedures, and Disposal Reports.
Functions to undertake include:

  • Supportability Analysis
  • Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability Engineering
  • Maintenance Planning and Reporting
  • Sustainability Engineering
  • Supply Support
  • Technical Data (tech pubs) production
  • Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation (PHS&T)
  • Disposal Management
In addition, the individual will:
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver excellent client solutions.
  • Occasionally travel to client sites within the UK
Here\xe2\x80\x99s What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Need:
  • High level of experience undertaking Integrated Logistics Support activities, preferably on UK Defence projects
  • Experience with and knowledge of the Defence Logistics Framework (DLF)
  • Experience with and knowledge of UK MOD standards guidance framework (Def Stan 00-600)
