Role Summary

As the Project Manager, you\'ll be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish. Your role is to make sure that everything runs smoothly and that all teams are working together towards the same goal.

To do this you should have great skills in effective project setup, budget and resource control, project managing and reporting. A great Integrated Project Manager can focus on the detail, be on top of all aspects of their projects, whilst being aware of the bigger picture and building a good relationship with their project team, the commercial team and the PMO Lead.

You should be able to demonstrate first- hand experience in TV/video, offline (KVs and print), digital, social, influencer.

Main areas of focus:

  • Managing, scheduling and delivering projects
  • Have experience and understanding of working on a global, integrated account.
  • Be commercially savvy: develop a complete understanding of the Clients remuneration and commercial model. At all times the PM should be aware of the financial status of their projects and forecast (and flag) any resource overspend - with budgets updated and approved accordingly.
  • Attend and input into fortnightly financial status meetings.
  • The PM will work closely to build relationships with their project team (account management, creatives, design, strategy, production, and more) and be the hub on their projects.
  • Manage schedules and deliver on multiple work streams across all campaign channels to agreed scope, timings and budget.
  • Scope out all projects and share with PMO lead and account lead for approval.
  • At the start of a project, analyse areas that could potentially throw the delivery off\xe2\x80\x90track, and where possible mitigate against them.
  • Be responsible for creating and maintaining project timing plans from pre brief to final delivery - with input from specialist departments (TV, Art Production, digital, influencers, PR, etc). The PM should also be confident in collaborating with multi\xe2\x80\x90agency teams. If any part of the schedule slips, the PM will notify all relevant departments and any change to the final delivery date.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of project tools, process and platforms
  • Schedule all meetings relating to projects - ensuring that all relevant partners attend.
  • Ensure all relevant team members have seen and approved work before sharing with client
  • Be responsible for raising all the POs on a job unless this falls under the responsibility of specialist departments
  • Work closely with the resource manager and PMO lead to book resources and keep them informed of all resource requirements.
