Job Description

Working alongside our account managers, you will be the technical voice of Ultramed during implementation discussions around integrations with hospital systems. You will field the most technical questions during initial implementation meetings and work directly with the customer's integration specialists, being the primary point of contact for their integration teams during the implementation process.

What we do




Ultramed's platform allows patients to securely share their personal health information with their healthcare teams. With Ultramed, healthcare teams can request information from a patient to help plan upcoming operations or procedures. Our platform reduces the number of unnecessary appointments for patients, improves patient safety and increases efficiency for healthcare providers.

What you'll do



Customer Collaboration:




+ Introducing and discussing our integration technologies to customers and prospects + Technical discussions around HL7 field mapping and conformance to our specifications
+ Supporting customers with using our analytics API to integrate with their BI systems
+ Advising on planning of, and working within, timelines aligning with customer's aspirational rollout dates

Requirements Gathering:




+ Translating clinical requirements to technical integration requirements + Translating clinical requirements into integration feature requests where needed

Integration Activities:




+ Installing, configuring and testing tenant integrations with hospital systems and teams + Maintaining existing integration connections
+ Assist with support cases involving integration issues
+ Maintain integration architecture diagrams and documentation

Continuous Improvement:




+ Keeping up to date with integration developments in the product and communicating the benefits to customers + Keeping up to date with integration developments within the industry
+ Proactively suggest improvements to improve integration and customer implementations

Requirements



Qualifications and Experience:



Experience of the healthcare integration technology landscape (e.g. standards like HL7, FHIR)

Technical Skills:



Proficiency in scripting language such as Typescript

Other:



Excellent customer relationship skills Proactive communicator Resident in the UK for tax purposes with the right to work in the UK
