We are seeking a highly skilled
Integration Intake Lead TPM
to drive the execution of our integration initiatives. You will be responsible for defining and managing the integration backlog within your dedicated business unit, ensuring seamless connectivity between our platform and internal & external systems.
Working closely with engineering, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors, to prioritise integration capabilities that improve system performance, reliability and business value.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess Impact Across Business Units
Work with Product owners to define and manage the integration backlog, prioritising based on business needs and technical feasibility
Plan for and manage the size of third-party development squads, to balance between time to market and budget
Help to define integration requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with engineering and support teams
Review functional and technical documentation
Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure integrations are scalable, secure, and reliable
Champion best practices and usage of Integration within the portfolio
Proactively engage in new programmes within the business unit to ensure Integration is used appropriately.
Advocate for user and business needs, ensuring integrations provide meaningful value and a seamless experience
Monitor trends in production capacity with the operations team to define success metrics, and drive continuous improvements
Communicate clearly and concisely to stakeholders at various levels
Troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges in collaboration with engineering and support teams
Oversee the handover of completed integrations to BAU teams, ensuring proper documentation, knowledge transfers and support mechanisms are in place
Key Qualifications:
Experience in product ownership, product management, or a related role, with focus on integrations
Experience with cloud-based integration services, middleware or enterprise system integrations
Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
Experience working with teams in agile and waterfall environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
