As IMO Analyst you will operate as a key driver of Gallagher's Integration Management Office for large acquisitions. They will own the planning, execution, and reporting on cross-functional integration milestones. They will collaborate across senior leaders and staff to address critical integration issues and support decision-making processes that will advance progress and mitigate risks.


This role will initially align to the Integration Management Office for the AssuredPartners integration. The IMO Analyst will be responsible for leading workstreams that involve cross-functional collaboration, quantitative analysis, business case modeling, addressing ambiguity to design innovative work methods, assessing the potential for technology and offshoring, and cultivating strong internal client relationships. Depending on leadership needs, additional assignments for this role may include redesigning Gallagher's future operating models, implementing strategic organizational changes, and managing programs across various initiatives.





How you'll make an impact

Spearhead corporate integration planning and management office activities

by fulfilling the following key responsibilities:

Own the day-to-day relationship with workstream leads and project managers:

Proactively identify cross-workstream risks, issues, dependencies, and other planning needs. Drive resolution of risks, issues, and dependencies by coordinating cross-functional working sessions, documenting plans for resolution, and engaging key stakeholders to facilitate resolution.

Drive governance forums

to

report on progress, risks

/ issues, and key focus areas across the program:

Maintain PMO documents and administer Planview workspaces to effectively track and communicate progress.

Provide executive leadership with decision support and s

ynthesis

on integration of mega deals:

Utilize exceptional problem-solving skills to provide decision support for executive leadership. Synthesize input from multiple sources to deliver executive-friendly presentations.

About you



3

5 years of management consulting experience

(minimum 1 year of experience on integration planning and post-merger integration)

Comfortable

with analyzing data

to build robust models and communicate insights Fluent in

Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

(Preferred) Experience working with an Insurance broker or other company within the

Insurance industry

(Preferred) Experience with

due diligence

, and change management

(Preferred) Experience

driving PMO

and managing complex projects with multiple workstreams across functions and departments (Preferred) Experience

managing junior team members

and guiding the development and review of large cross-functional deliverables (Preferred) Experience with
