Job Description

A leading international firm is seeking a talented and driven Commercial IP Lawyer to join its dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile matters across a range of sectors including technology, media, retail, and life sciences.

Advising on IP strategy, licensing, and commercialisation
Drafting and negotiating IP-rich commercial contracts (e.g. licensing, R&D, collaboration, SaaS)
Supporting M&A transactions with IP due diligence and risk assessment
Providing strategic advice on brand protection, copyright, and trade secrets
Working closely with cross-functional teams including corporate, litigation, and regulatory

Large international law firmNon-contentious Soft IP focus

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 2-5 years PQE
Strong experience in commercial IP matters, ideally gained at a top-tier firm or in-house
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
Commercially astute with a proactive and collaborative approach
Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships effectively
