Risk & Investigations is a sub-team of Sportradar Integrity Services and supports its partners, which include sports governing bodies, anti-doping organisations, clubs, state authorities, law enforcement agencies and private organisations, in identifying and investigating integrity threats to their organisations and jurisdictions. R&I specialises in providing a robust due diligence programme through vetting individuals and entities, as well as providing intelligence and investigative support to combat doping, online abuse, misconduct, fraudulent behaviour, and broader corruption threats.The Intelligence Specialist, Risk & Investigations, will contribute to all aspects of Sportradarxe2x80x99s intelligence and investigation activity. This role suits those seeking to start and develop a professional career in intelligence and investigation who will thrive working in a ground-breaking and fast-paced company.THE CHALLENGE

• Support due diligence products and complex intelligence-led investigations using an all-source approach
• Perform Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) research and analysis to support investigations and due diligence projects
• Produce a variety of intelligence products, including both short and extensive written reports
• Develop and maintain intelligence holdings and datasets, conducting regular OSINT monitoring
• Provide administrative, coordination and logistical support to the Integrity Services team
• Work closely across multiple Sportradar functions and departments to protect and enhance Sportradar business operations, including internal and external training and education on sports integrity

ABOUT YOU

• Operational experience in research, due diligence, intelligence or investigations from areas such as law enforcement, journalism, corporate intelligence, financial fraud or cyber security is desirable but not necessary
• Ability to interpret and use data sources with a good aptitude for analysis and good problem-solving skills
• Demonstrable expertise in OSINT tools, techniques and methodologies
• Broad awareness of international issues related to sport-related corruption including match-fixing, doping and safeguarding issues
• Broad knowledge of effective sports integrity initiatives and/or activities
• Broad understanding of global sport
• Highly self-motivated, leading by example with enthusiasm and an inquisitive mind
• Be able to quickly understand and use platforms and systems
• Experience handling diverse and large datasets with meticulous note-taking, record-keeping and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Quick adoption of new platforms and technical systems
• Adaptable with ability to manage shifting priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality/security standards
• Self-motivated professional with natural curiosity and investigative mindset
• Flexible to adapt to changing priorities and able to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to effectively communicate findings and hypotheses
• Fluent in English, Other languages will be considered a plus
