An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Ryder & Dutton as a Full Time Interbranch Portfolio Manager based at either our Rawtenstall, Shaw or Ashton office.

The Role
This role will be office based and will entail providing support to 4 Portfolios which are Rawtenstall, Shaw, Ashton, Rochdale. You can be based at either Rawtenstall, Shaw or Ashton.
This role will entail taking Property Management calls for these 4 Portfolios.
Dealing with urgent maintenance requests if the Property Manager is not available
Ensuring we are compliant by ensuring the Gas Safety and Electrical Installation Condition Reports are up to date.
Ensuring that Selective Licences are up to date in these Portfolio Areas
Chasing Contractors for outstanding quotes
Chasing contractors to ensure works are being completed in a timely manner
Providing general support to the Property Managers at these Portfolios.

The hours of work would be 9:00am - 5:00pm Mon-Fri with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break and 1 in 3 Saturdays 10am-2pm.
There is the opportunity to earn commissions in addition to the basic salary shown.
