Boston Hale are currently working with a major UK Housing Association to recruit for an Interim Development Accountant for 3-4 months. The successful candidate will have used Asset 4000 and are experienced in maintaining leases within the Housing sector. Day to day duties:- Responsible for implementing and maintaining development accounting processes for housing development projects
- Responsible for maintaining Lease 4000 and maintaining all leases
- Responsible for correct treatment of VAT in recording development scheme costs
- Responsible for ensuring that development scheme costs are accurate and recorded in a timely manner
- Responsible for reporting monthly capital expenditure variances to forecasts and budgets
- Responsible for updating and maintaining asset and liabilities registers
- CCAB Qualified or Qualified by Experience (QBE)
- Experienced in maintaining leases within Housing
- Hybrid working
