Salary:

70,000 - 75,000 per annum (depending upon experience)

We are looking for an Interim Director of Finance & Resources whilst we recruit for the permanent position. We are seeking an exceptional Director of Finance & Resources who will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial health of the business. You will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring that the companies' financial strategies align with business goals and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will be crucial in driving financial performance, managing risks, and supporting strategic decision-making. You will work closely with a range of stakeholders to ensure that the business understands its costs and stock position to facilitate a streamlined production process. You will take the lead when it comes to any key projects, including a forthcoming audit, whilst running a high-performing team.



You will also act as Company Secretary and liaise closely with the Board of Trustees being responsible for financial planning and oversight and reporting regulatory compliance.



Essential requirements of the role include:


You will have a Professional Finance or Accountancy qualification You will have extensive financial experience at a Senior Management level, as well as experience acting as a Company Secretary and working with a Board of Trustees. You will have experience of influencing key stakeholders internally and externally and a proven track record of effective cross-organisational collaboration. You will demonstrate a broad skill set across financial controlling, technical accounting, FP&A and business partnering in order to oversee the end-to-end finance function You will be confident in leading audits and have a sound knowledge of Charity Governance.
