Job Description
Interim Finance Business Partner - 12 month Fixed Term Contract - ~60,000 - Hybrid working - International Development Charity
- Provide financial planning and analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain accurate financial models and forecasts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide insights into financial performance.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to management.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities for the organisation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance function.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and policies.
- Act as a key contact for financial matters within the Business Services sector.
A successful Interim FBP should have:
- An accountancy qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate financial insights to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Knowledge of SORP
- Competitive salary of 55,000 to 60,000 per annum.
- Flexible working arrangement with 2 days based in London.
