Interim Finance Manager

Job Description
This is a senior leadership role offering the opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. You'll oversee daily finance operations, treasury and AP teams, investor reporting, and month-end close processes-while also contributing to strategic projects and team development. This role is due to start ASAP and run until March / April next year.
- Leading and inspiring a small Finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Overseeing management accounts, statutory reporting, and audit processes
- Reviewing SPV investor reports and balance sheet reconciliations
- Ensuring robust financial controls, systems access, and process integrity
- Supporting ad hoc projects and contributing to wider Finance leadership succession planning
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with broad financial experience
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent planning, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- High attention to detail and a proactive, resilient mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SUN, SQL, Jedox)
Competitive salary of up to 75,000 or day rate of up to 400 per day (inside IR35) dependent on experience
Hybrid working - 3 days from the office in West Kent and 2 days from home
