This is an exciting opportunity for an Interim Financial Controller to play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations within this PE backed organisation. Based in Oxford, the role requires strong technical expertise in accounting and finance to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes efficiently.
• Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Monitor cash flow and provide forecasts to assist in planning.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve financial processes.
• Supervise and support the finance team during the interim period.
• Assist with ad-hoc financial projects as required.

A successful Interim Financial Controller should have:

• A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
