We are seeking a dedicated Interim HR Consultant to provide short term support to our People and Culture team. Requirements:
Package 1: Job Evaluation & Pay Review
We're looking for support to help us build a fair, transparent, and sustainable pay and role framework across the organisation. This includes:
Organisation?wide role profiling and job evaluation
Developing a clear, charity?appropriate pay, reward and benefits framework
Supporting alignment to our People & Wellbeing Strategy
Input into a light Learning & Development structure and EDI considerations where relevant
Guidance on sequencing and implementation steps so we can begin transitioning to a Business Partnering model
The aim is to establish clarity, consistency, and a manageable structure that the organisation can embed and sustain long?term.
Package 2: Policy and Contract Review (with upcoming legislative changes in mind)
We also need a focused compliance?led package that ensures our core employment documentation and processes are up to date and fit for purpose. This includes:
A review and update of all HR policies and our staff handbook
Refreshing contract templates (zero?hours, fixed?term, part?time)
Reviewing DBS, Right to Work and right?to?work record?keeping processes
Recommending improvements for a streamlined, systemised approach (we use BreatheHR)
Ensuring the organisation is prepared for forthcoming employment legislation changes
This is a foundational piece of work so we are compliant, consistent, and operating with confidence.
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: 40,000.00-42,000.00 per year
