We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Human Resources Manager to lookafter our HR department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and payroll. This role requires some one with school experience and with excellent management and communication skills, excellent hands on experience of day to day HR within an education establishment.

FTE 45,000 - 50,000
Shifts 9:00am - 5:00pm // 8:30am - 4:30pm
Responsibilities
Implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and organisational goals.
Manage recruitment process
Oversee onboarding programmes and ensure smooth integration of new employees.
Support the performance management systems, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
Lead employee relations efforts to promote a positive work environment and address any workplace issues promptly.
Analyse HR data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and improve organisational effectiveness.
Ensure that all staff complete statotory training sessions.
Manage HRIS databases, and ensure data accuracy for reporting purposes.
Collaborate with the Bursar in regard to HR projects and payroll.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies through regular audits and updates.
Requirements
Proven experience in education/school human resources management, with a strong understanding of HRIS systems such as CIPHR or similar.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Strong management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics effectively.
Demonstrated knowledge of human resources best practices and employment legislation within the UK context.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments to support organisational objectives.
Relevant qualifications in human resources or management are preferred but not mandatory. This role offers an exciting opportunity for aHR professional to contribute significantly to organisational success throughinnovative HR practices.
