We are looking for an experienced HR / Finance professional to undertake a project examining our current practice of hiring workers and self-employed contractors through us and through an external provider. You will need an understanding of employee status both from a HMRC and from a HR employment perspective. Ideally you will have experience gained in Higher Education of employing Guest / Visiting Lecturers and self-employed contractors. The project will last up to 3 months on a part or full time basis. Dependent on the scale of the project, other HR tasks may be available. The role can be undertaken primarily remotely on a full or part-time basis.
