Interim IT Procurement Manager 500pd
Role: IT Procurement Manager
Rate: 500 per day (Umbrella, inside IR35)
Client: Major Public Sector Organisation
Location: Hybrid - 4 days per month in Brighton
Duration: To March 2026 (strong scope to extend)
Reporting to the Commercial Lead, you'll play a pivotal role across the IT and Digital portfolio, leading on key procurement projects, managing contract renewals, and driving commercial excellence.
This is a hands-on role, focused on:

• Building collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and key external partners
• Ensuring the delivery of compliant, high-value contracts that meet business needs
• Championing adherence to PCR 2015 and the Procurement Act 2023
• Delivering goods and services that are fit for purpose, underpinned by robust contractual frameworks

Requirements:

• Strong breadth of IT Procurement experience.
• Public Sector Procurement background
• Good understanding of PCR 2015, Procurement Act 2023 and UK/EU regulations.
• Excellent stakeholder management ability, across levels of seniority.
