A successful Interim Management Accountant should have:

• A recognised accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
• Proven experience in management accounting within professional services.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
• Good communication skills for presenting financial data to stakeholders.
